In the article methodical approaches to the evaluation of the quality and efficiency of the innovation project are considered. A distinctive feature of the author’s approach is the solution of this problem from the position of a multi-criteria evaluation of the project, which determined the selection of the stages of this assessment and determination of their sequence. The author’s approach is distinguished by the structuring of the stages of solving the problem of multi-criteria evaluation of innovation projects. The sequence of stages reflects the process of investigating the factors that influence the effectiveness of the innovation project.

The article considers modern methods of risk analysis when introducing innovative technologies into the activities of organizations. The process of risk analysis is proposed, which involves the consideration of many external and internal factors with the help of special economic and mathematical methods that allow obtaining estimates of the level of risk and calculate the effectiveness of anti-risk measures on the basis of which risk management will be carried out. Application of the proposed approach makes it possible to reduce the likelihood of occurrence of a risk situation, and also provides an opportunity to find an administrative solution in the event of unfavorable factors.

The article considers theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the innovative infrastructure of a modern regional university.The author’s interpretation of the concept of «innovative infrastructure of the university» is proposed, factors that influence its effective functioning and development are identified. the components of the innovative infrastructure of the university are determined, which meet modern requirements.The application of the selected proposals makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the in-novative activity of the higher education organization at the regional level.
