In article questions of law-making activity of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the nature and essence of participation of bodies of judicial constitutional control in the course of lawmaking are considered. The law-making contents of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation made in procedures of interpretation of the Constitution, check of constitutionality of acts of the industry legislation are analyzed.
