The article presents an analysis of the maintenance of existing standards and the healthcare system in the city of Moscow. Information sources, covering the events held by the city health agency of Moscow, have been investigated. Key factors influencing the satisfaction of citizens with the work of the Department of Health are identified. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed to improve the information support of the capital’s health system.
