The concept of «strategy implementation mechanism» and the structure of its elements, the structure of the main blocks of the mechanism are analyzed.It is offered to define the strategy realization mechanism as system set of elements and tools, in relation to management of development of the municipal unit.The normative consolidation of functions on strategy implementation in the draft strategic document «strategy of social and economic development of the Voronezh city district until 2035» is investigated.
