Experience has shown, however, that it’s almost impossible to develop the hiring system irrelative of organizations specific activities and of being hired employees skills. That determined analysis of given organizations hiring system and development of main enhancements guidelines.This article describes the insurance agents hiring system of Rosgosstrakh LLC, evaluates its effectiveness based on the method of expert assessments and develops enhancements recommenda- tions according posts psychological characteristics.
