The article attempts to formulate filters and factors to assess the effectiveness of building a rational infrastructure. The efficient functioning of infrastructure is clearly becoming a condition for the successful functioning and development of economic systems based on the coordinated operation of components, which allows regional infrastructure participants to significantly reduce their costs.
