Environmental safety is becoming increasingly important, especially in connection with the large scale development of mining activities in areas where previously the development of deposits of non ferrous and precious metals was not performed. Such is the Voronezh Prikhoperye, where at the turn of the XX - XXI centuries Voronezh geologists discovered a number of deposits and ore occurrences of sulfide copper Nickel ores with gold and elements of the platinum group.Based on the analysis of environmental risk factors, the article considers the reasons for the negative perception of the population of the possible development of copper Nickel sulfide deposits in the prikhoper Region.

Structure of modern Russian economy is mainly determined by the use of natural resources. Currently, the objective necessity of accelerated development of nuclear in electricity and heat due to the necessity of transition to a reallocation of resources from obsolete industries to new high-tech sectors of the economy. Growing energy demand and increasing awareness about the environmental and economic benefits of clean nuclear energy creates a solid Foundation for a nuclear Renaissance. It can contribute to the solution of innovative problems as well as problems related to economic development, energy security of the state and improve environmental quality.

The present stage of science development is characterized by dynamic relationship between man and the biosphere. It is forming a new trend - the ecologization of the natural sciences. This is due to the penetration of environmental factors into existing system of knowledge and with the use of scientific knowledge to solve specific ecological or environmental problems. Typical example of an interdisciplinary ecologization of such a related field of knowledge is geoecology, having widespread in geological, geographical, soil investigations.
