Abstract

Relevance of the topic. Improving the efficiency of government agencies involved in the development and implementation of regional cluster policies can be achieved through the use of benchmarking, which focuses on finding and scaling best practices for clustering the socio-economic space of regions. However, the current information base required for a comparative analysis of the main results of cluster policies includes a limited number of sources and data. Therefore, it is necessary to develop measures to improve this information base. Objective. To substantiate the need for and measures to improve the information support for a comparative analysis of the results of implementing regional cluster policies. Methodology. Methods of scientific abstraction, analysis, and synthesis to substantiate the provisions that reveal the necessity and content of measures to improve the information support for a comparative analysis of the results of the implementation of regional cluster policy. Results and conclusions. The inconsistency of the existing information base used in the analysis of the results of the implementation of cluster policy with the composition of its main results has been established.
