Abstract
Subject. The study of learning models related to the interaction of universities with enterprises is aimed at students obtaining professional knowledge and developing practical skills that will allow the future specialist to meet modern labor market conditions. Purpose. Studying the employment situation, identifying the reasons for the difficult adaptation of young specialists to the increasing demands of employers and substantiating the organizational conditions for the effectiveness of practice-oriented training. Methodology. An analysis of the existing difficulties, as well as forms of interaction that optimize the process of preparing students and developing the necessary competencies in accordance with the needs of the innovative economy, was carried out. Results and conclusions. To obtain a sought-after competitive young specialist, a variety of forms of cooperation, consolidation of resources and mutual responsibility of the university, employer and state are necessary. Application area. Practice of developing educational programs and technologies for training highly qualified specialists.
