Abstract
Relevance. In modern conditions, the need for sustainable development of Russia in the implementation of state goals and objectives in all areas of socio-economic development becomes obvious. The application and use of Russian technologies will make it possible to achieve technological sovereignty through the development of the domestic scientific and technical base and the creation of national innovation systems: domestic software and information technology infrastructure through the use of software products. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the use of new technologies that will contribute to the development of scientific research and innovation, allowing us to determine the main directions of development of domestic scientists. The research methodology is based on a review of the works of domestic economists and analysis of statistical data. Results and conclusions. The work pays special attention to the emergence of new technologies that will contribute to the development of society and lead to increased production efficiency and the creation of new products and services. Domestic organizations performing scientific research and development will contribute to the development of the innovative economy. For effective functioning, interaction is necessary between the main elements of the technology sovereignty strategy: personnel, financial, information support; innovative scientific and technical developments and their effective implementation.
