THE CONCEPT OF MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN TERMS OF SANCTIONS

Abstract

Relevance. Modern Russian industry is facing a number of serious challenges, including the need to implement the digital transformation of their economic activities at industrial enterprises in the face of external sanctions pressure. Digital transformation requires the formulation of a concept for managing this process in terms of sanctions, which will address the key principles and approaches to managing change in the digital age. The purpose of the study is to formulate the concept of management at industrial enterprises by the digital transformation of their economic activities in terms of sanctions. The research methodology is based on current theoretical works in the field of industrial economics, as well as those dealing with the problems of management of enterprises, complexes and industries. Results and conclusions. The concept of management at industrial enterprises by the digital transformation of their economic activities in terms of sanctions is proposed, including a target management model, the procedure for implementing managerial influences, management tools, management assurance and efficiency in terms of sanctions. Scope of application. The final results can be applied in the activities of facilities that develop and implement programs for digital transformation and digitalization, and carry out technological development — corporate industrial systems.
