Abstract
The relevance of the topic. The improvement of the innovative environment of high-tech industries is aimed at ensuring the priorities of the development of the national economy, provides for the formation of its key areas that correspond to modern conditions of economic development. Goal. The purpose of the work is to study the substantive aspects of the resource provision of innovative development and to develop directions for improving the innovative environment of high-tech industries. Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was made up of general scientific methods of cognition, as well as publications by domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the problems of managing innovation processes and transforming the innovation environment. Results and conclusions. The mobilization of all types of resources is extremely important to ensure the country's defense security and its technological sovereignty. Responding to sanctions pressure and minimizing damage from the actions of unfriendly countries are implemented in the «manual control» mode. In such conditions, it is extremely difficult to ensure breakthrough growth in the innovative development of the country and, in particular, in the high-tech sector. A comprehensive, consistent, systematic implementation of measures is needed, primarily aimed at achieving public consensus and maintaining priorities for social development. In terms of improving environmental conditions, it is necessary to concentrate all types of resources on the production of promising, high-tech products. The conducted research indicates that Russia needs to consolidate the efforts of society, government and business to promptly mobilize all resources (both human, material, and financial) and maintain a sound approach to choosing priorities aimed at winning its own and creating a solid foundation for the high-tech development of the country for many years to come. The scope of application. The results of the research can be used in the process of developing and implementing strategies for the innovative development of high-tech industries.
