Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the fact that labor market research is closely related to ensuring the economic security of the country and its regions. Much attention to these issues is explained by the fact that the labor market is an integral part of the economic system of the regions and the country as a whole. And business demography indicators are socially significant indicators that can be used to judge national well-being, stability and effectiveness of economic transformations in the labor market. The purpose of the study. To study the labor market as an object of ensuring economic security based on business demography indicators. Methodology. The work uses methods of structural and functional analysis, multidimensional statistical and comparative analysis, traditional methods of economic analysis and synthesis. Results and conclusions.
