Abstract
The relevance of the topic. Analysis of the implementation of the youth policy of the State of the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at social protection and support of youth. Goal. To identify a number of key factors and mechanisms for the implementation of the state's youth policy and analyze the technologies of its formation at the current stage of development of youth policy in Kazakhstan. Methodology. The research is based on a systematic method, statistical and comparative analysis, as well as institutional and neo-institutional approaches. Results and conclusions. The study confirmed that the problems of youth policy are caused not only by the state, but also by the inaction of the youth themselves, i.e. their passivity in relation to their development and condition, which means a threat to the development of the region and the country as a whole. The analysis of the results showed that globalization has significantly influenced the development of youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan over the past few years, as state policy, as well as civil society institutions and non-profit organizations exert strong pressure. The West influences young people gradually, imposing its own trends and behaviors, which only aggravates the situation of young people and, as a result, imperceptibly leads to the loss of the country's image. The scope of application. The results of the study can be applied by specialists in the field of international relations, teachers and students of higher educational institutions.
