Abstract
The relevance of the topic. The requirements of the country's technological sovereignty dictate the need to introduce innovative projects into production activities to update technological processes and manufactured products. This condition will ensure the competitiveness of domestic products, solve the problem of import substitution, and create a stable foundation for knowledge-intensive, high-tech production. The article focuses on optimizing the distribution of functions between the blocks of the mechanism for accelerating the development and implementation of new technological projects in the domestic industry. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the structure and composition of the mechanism for accelerating the implementation of technological projects in the region. The methodology includes the use of comparative analysis of procedures for building a mechanism to accelerate the implementation of technological projects; general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of elements included in the mechanism; content analysis of the practice of using tools to accelerate technological entrepreneurship projects in the region. Results and conclusions. The research made it possible to analyze the structure of the mechanism for accelerating the implementation of technological projects; to identify blocks and functions of blocks as subsystems included in the complex mechanism regulating the multidimensional process of introducing know-how in the technology of the domestic industry. The key tools for accelerating the implementation of technological projects are highlighted. The scope of application. The application of these results is possible in territorial entities engaged in the implementation of technological projects in industry (at the regional and municipal level). The prospects suggest further development of regulatory regulation of the use of key tools in the process of accelerating the implementation of technological projects.
