Abstract
The relevance of the topic. Tourism as one of the drivers of socio-economic development of territorial entities can become a potential source of growth in the welfare of citizens of the Voronezh region, especially since there are a sufficient number of cultural and tourist facilities in the municipalities of the region. Goal. Analysis of technologies and prospects for optimizing the development of Russian domestic tourism. Methodology. The following research tools were used: the method of generalization, historical and retrospective analysis, analysis of informative and analytical materials related to the tasks set in the study. Results and conclusions.
