Abstract
The relevance of the topic. The focus of the transformation of the healthcare system of the Russian Federation in the context of digitalization is aimed at modeling completely new and high-quality management methods in innovative conditions. The National Priority Healthcare Project defines the digitalization of the healthcare system of the Russian Federation as one of the key tasks that is being implemented through the introduction of digital technologies and platform solutions into the daily practice of medical organizations, monitoring and analyzing the use of healthcare resources in providing medical care to citizens. Goal. To analyze the transformation of healthcare system management in the context of digitalization in the subject of the Russian Federation. Methodology. The article uses such methods as comparative analysis, the method of expert assessments, and a systematic approach. Results and conclusions. Based on the results of the conducted research, we come to the conclusion that in the context of digitalization, problems remain in the healthcare management system of the Voronezh Region that require solutions. In the near future, the digitalization of medicine in the region will focus on the widespread introduction of electronic medical records, the development of the «connected patient» concept, which manifests itself in telemedicine, the provision of services using intelligent embedded devices and constant monitoring of patients' condition. Scope of application. The results of the study can be used in the implementation of state policy in the field of healthcare.
