Abstract

The relevance of the topic. Public-private partnership is an effective tool for the development of the socio-economic environment with active interaction between public and private structures. In conditions of limited resources and lack of financial support from the state, the interaction of the private and public sectors becomes important for achieving results in the development of the urban district. Goal. Development of a methodology for the implementation of public-private partnership in the context of effective socio-economic development of the city district. Methodology. The methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and analogy are used as research tools. Results and conclusions. Based on the results of the study, recommendations are given on the effective establishment of PPP in the strategic development of the city in the field of culture. An improved methodology for the implementation of public-private partnership in the field of culture is proposed. Scope of application (prospects of using the results). The developed methodology for the implementation of PPP in the strategic management of socio-economic development of the city district is of great importance for the formation of an effective model of partnership between public and private organizations, ensuring the growth of economic activity and improving the quality of life of the population.
