Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The restoration of Russia's high-tech industrial sector is a key task for the strategic development of the economy and the basis for ensuring the country's defense capability and independence. Goal. To study the main institutions of public administration of new industrialization in Russian regions. Methodology. The methods used were structural analysis, monographic research, grouping, and identification of key areas for the restoration of the high-tech sector using state regulatory levers. Results and conclusions. A matrix of areas and tools has been developed to influence the restoration of high-tech production. The fundamental areas include the development of modern institutions to motivate scientific personnel to develop new fundamental and applied ideas and design prototypes of complex technology. The scope of application. Government agencies developing and implementing strategies for the restoration of the high-tech industrial sector in Russia.
