ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF LABOUR EFFICIENCY IN THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL PROTECTION SERVICES

Abstract

Relevance of the topic. Increasing labor productivity is a key focus for transforming the national economy and moving it to a new technological level. The 7th Federal Forum «Productivity 360,» held November 6—7, 2025, highlighted the special role of labor productivity in transformation processes in manufacturing, the key influence of labor efficiency on the technical development of production, and the role of labor productivity in the social sphere in the implementation of lean social protection technologies. The purpose of this study is to identify the specifics of measuring labor efficiency in the provision of social welfare services. Methodology: Comparative analysis, comparison and grouping methods, and factor analysis are used to study labor productivity dynamics. Results and Conclusions. The study identified the key factors determining labor productivity dynamics in the provision of social protection services and identified key areas for increasing labor productivity. Scope. Analytical work in state and municipal government bodies to study areas for increasing labor efficiency in the provision of social protection services.
