Abstract
The relevance of the topic. The specifics and high degree of social significance of state policy in the sphere of promoting employment of the population determine the need for effective implementation of measures for social adaptation of unemployed citizens, especially in the conditions of economic instability and transformation of the labor market. Goal. Analysis of state policy on the implementation of social adaptation of unemployed citizens in the labor market in the Russian Federation as a whole and in the Voronezh region. Methodology. The method of the theoretical mechanism of forming a positive image of the administration of the city district of Voronezh. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of the state policy on the implementation of social adaptation of unemployed citizens in the labor market in the Russian Federation as a whole and in the Voronezh Region, the main measures of support for the unemployed have been identified.
