Abstract

In article the basic directions of development of state regulation in sphere of anti-recessionary management are proved by the commercial organizations. It is shown that are necessary: transition from indemnification of «market failures» to addition and strengthening of market influence; expansion of structure of the functions which are carried out by the state; increase of level of selectivity of actions of the state in anti-recessionary management of the enterprises.
