The problem of the development of the agro-industrial complex is getting more vital nowadays. The imposition of sanctions and the general negative international economic situation require competent action to reduce the negative impact and allow the agro-industrial complex not only to not reduce growth, but also to further develop. The article represents points of view that allow forecasting the further development of the agro-industrial complex in current conditions.
