Abstract

The most relevant concept that meets the conditions for sustainable development of Russian regions is the circular economy. The study of the conceptual basis for the implementation of the principles of circular reproduction allowed to identify as its main property the multiturn use of products based on the secondary use of waste or their complete disposal. The need for the transition of Russian regions to this model is primarily due to the environmental challenges facing the country. The main prerequisite for the introduction of the principles of robotic circular reproduction is the increasing formation of a large amount of waste and a low level of their disposal and disposal. In the article the analysis of dynamics figure for the 2013-2017 assessment of the structure of the waste relative to the regions of the CFD. Information on the organizations engaged in environmental innovation that provides environmental safety in the production process of goods, works and services The ratio and structure of advantages and possible risks of introduction of circular economy are different for each specific territory that generates need of differentiation of ways of its introduction in the regions possessing different level of development. In addition, the specificity of socio economic priorities and ecological culture of the society has a significant impact on these processes. As additional opportunities to ensure sustainable growth of the regional economy, the article outlines the prospects for the introduction of innovative business models and principles of circular reproduction. The main directions of increase of efficiency of introduction of principles of circular reproduction in regions of the country are formulated.
