The relevance of the topic. The restoration of Russia's high-tech industrial sector is a key task for the strategic development of the economy and the basis for ensuring the country's defense capability and independence. Goal. To study the main institutions of public administration of new industrialization in Russian regions. Methodology. The methods used were structural analysis, monographic research, grouping, and identification of key areas for the restoration of the high-tech sector using state regulatory levers. Results and conclusions. A matrix of areas and tools has been developed to influence the restoration of high-tech production. The fundamental areas include the development of modern institutions to motivate scientific personnel to develop new fundamental and applied ideas and design prototypes of complex technology. The scope of application. Government agencies developing and implementing strategies for the restoration of the high-tech industrial sector in Russia.

The relevance of the topic. The requirements of the country's technological sovereignty dictate the need to introduce innovative projects into production activities to update technological processes and manufactured products. This condition will ensure the competitiveness of domestic products, solve the problem of import substitution, and create a stable foundation for knowledge-intensive, high-tech production. The article focuses on optimizing the distribution of functions between the blocks of the mechanism for accelerating the development and implementation of new technological projects in the domestic industry. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the structure and composition of the mechanism for accelerating the implementation of technological projects in the region. The methodology includes the use of comparative analysis of procedures for building a mechanism to accelerate the implementation of technological projects; general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of elements included in the mechanism; content analysis of the practice of using tools to accelerate technological entrepreneurship projects in the region. Results and conclusions. The research made it possible to analyze the structure of the mechanism for accelerating the implementation of technological projects; to identify blocks and functions of blocks as subsystems included in the complex mechanism regulating the multidimensional process of introducing know-how in the technology of the domestic industry. The key tools for accelerating the implementation of technological projects are highlighted. The scope of application. The application of these results is possible in territorial entities engaged in the implementation of technological projects in industry (at the regional and municipal level). The prospects suggest further development of regulatory regulation of the use of key tools in the process of accelerating the implementation of technological projects.

Relevance of the topic. The implementation of projects for the innovative renewal of technological processes in accordance with the requirements for the formation of technological sovereignty is a key factor in neo-industrialization. It is possible to develop technological entrepreneurship in the regions in the conditions of interaction between scientific and design organizations, manufacturing enterprises and state and local government bodies. The regions of Russia have accumulated some experience in intensifying technological entrepreneurship, which is discussed in this publication. Target. To systematize the experience of Russian regions in the development of technological entrepreneurship in order to identify the most effective methods for accelerating the implementation of innovative technologies. Methodology. The research used methods of comparative analysis, as well as statistical methods of analysis: sampling methods, method of groupings and comparisons, monographic description of the subject of research. Results and conclusions. Research has made it possible to identify current areas of technological improvement in the manufacturing sector of industry, which will expand the scope of application of new technologies and ensure a multiplier effect in industries that use innovation. Application area. Processes carried out during the development, development and implementation of improved technologies in manufacturing industries at the micro and meso levels.
