Abstract

Relevance. At the moment, the sphere of electoral legal relations is being actively transformed, due to the impact of Internet technologies on it, it is being filled with new digital content (Internet voting, campaigning, etc.). But even without this impact, this area of legislation is mobile, constantly updated, responsive to changes in public life, taking into account the needs of the development of society and the state. Goal. Analysis of administrative and legal measures of protection and protection of electoral legal relations, their effectiveness. Methodology. Methods of logical analysis of electoral legal relations, their protection and protection. Results and conclusions. Electoral legal relations need special protection, as they are one of the foundations of the constitutional order. Most of the rules of electoral legislation are provided with measures of protection and protection of administrative legislation. The system of administrative and legal means of protection and protection of electoral legal relations
