Abstract
The relevance of the topic. In modern conditions, the sustainable development of regions is largely determined by the level of human development, the most important factor of economic growth. Goal. Determination of the impact of human development index indicators on indicators of sustainable development of regions. Methodology. Methods of comparative analysis, rating assessment, generalization and systematization were used. Results and conclusions. The considered indicators of sustainable development are indicators reflecting changes in the economy, social sphere and environment over time. One of the important factors of sustainable development — the Human Development Index (HDI) is a comprehensive indicator that takes into account income, education level, literacy and life expectancy. On the example of the Voronezh region, a comparative analysis of the indicators of the human development index, which is one of the indicators of sustainable development, was carried out. Scope of application. Development and implementation of a strategy for sustainable development of the region.
