The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to update and substantiate regional policy aimed at active reproduction processes of infrastructure facilities due to a large arsenal of tools and methods that take into account the specifics of a particular territory, its level of economic well-being, investment activity, and the level of development of digital and innovative ecosystems. The demand for new management solutions of an innovative type in the modernization or introduction of new infrastructure facilities undoubtedly affects the standard of living and comfortable conditions for the population, the level of competitiveness and stability of the region's economy to new risks and negative processes caused by negative circumstances. The purpose of the study is to develop parameters for evaluating the effectiveness of regional infrastructure development policy and to identify tools for its improvement through a comprehensive analysis of the factors that are subordinate and dynamic functioning, as well as the author's methodological approach to the study of problematic situations. The research methodology consists in studying the experience of identifying vectors of regional policy of infrastructural development in the works of contemporary scientists, as well as practitioners within the framework of the concept of spatial development of the national economy, in applying general research methods (analysis, synthesis, factor analysis, induction, deduction, etc.) and a system-integrated approach, through which the subject area of research It is considered comprehensively, taking into account current trends and patterns of processes at the regional level. Results and conclusions. The system of qualitative parameters proposed in this scientific article for evaluating the effectiveness of regional infrastructure development policy is, in our opinion, an effective tool for evaluating the effectiveness of implemented infrastructure projects and digital solutions, as it allows us to obtain representative values on which informed management decisions are based, clearly structured and coordinated. The scope of application. The developed methodological approach for assessing the negative trends of poorly predicted factors on the infrastructure of the region can be successfully applied in the organization of a strategic planning system in the regions, in particular, when implementing targeted programs for the development of infrastructure facilities.
