The research methodology consists in studying the experience of identifying vectors of regional policy of infrastructural development in the works of contemporary scientists, as well as practitioners within the framework of the concept of spatial development of the national economy, in applying general research methods (analysis, synthesis, factor analysis, induction, deduction, etc.) and a system-integrated approach, through which the subject area of research It is considered comprehensively, taking into account current trends and patterns of processes at the regional level. Results and conclusions. The system of qualitative parameters proposed in this scientific article for evaluating the effectiveness of regional infrastructure development policy is, in our opinion, an effective tool for evaluating the effectiveness of implemented infrastructure projects and digital solutions, as it allows us to obtain representative values on which informed management decisions are based, clearly structured and coordinated. The scope of application. The developed methodological approach for assessing the negative trends of poorly predicted factors on the infrastructure of the region can be successfully applied in the organization of a strategic planning system in the regions, in particular, when implementing targeted programs for the development of infrastructure facilities.
