ON THE SYSTEMATIZATION OF ANTI-CORRUPTION ACTIVITIES IN THE SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The Russian Federation, like many foreign countries, faces the problem of corruption in public administration, which is a threat to personal security, the stable development of society, and ultimately to the state itself. The administrative-territorial division of the Russian Federation determines the need for anti-corruption activities at two levels of government: federal and regional. The anti-corruption situation in the state as a whole largely depends on the quality and effectiveness of regulatory regulation of anti-corruption activities in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and therefore it is necessary to pay closer attention to this issue. The relevance of the topic chosen for the study is due to the rapid growth of the level of corruption, despite the active policy of the state and the regions to counteract the socially dangerous phenomenon under consideration. Goal. Scientific and legal research of anti-corruption instruments in force in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the introduction of proposals and adjustments for their further application. Methodology. Within the framework of the conducted research, the method of comparison, formal legal, linguistic methods, as well as the method of expert assessment were used. Results and conclusions. As part of the study, the content of anti-corruption programs and plans of various subjects of the Russian Federation was analyzed, and possible ways to improve the anti-corruption policy of the regions were proposed. Scope of application. The results of the study can be applied to reform the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the practice of law enforcement.
