Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The need to clarify the basic principles of pricing, existing approaches and contradictions in determining export prices for services and work performed by Russian special exporters in the interests of foreign customers. Goal. Elimination of contradictions that arise between subjects of military-technical cooperation in the process of state regulation of prices as part of their preparation of commercial proposals for draft foreign trade contracts. Methodology. A methodology is proposed for calculating the cost of sending Russian specialists as part of the preparation of draft foreign trade contracts for the performance of work (provision of services) on the territory of foreign partners. Results and conclusions. The negative trends that arise when mixing approaches and pricing methods for military products manufactured under the State Defense Order and supplied under commercial contracts are revealed. A unified methodology for determining the cost of services provided by Russian special exporters in the interests of foreign customers is proposed in order to apply unified pricing approaches in the foreign market. The scope of application. The institutional environment of subject-object relationships arising in the process of state regulation of external pricing for products and services of military-technical cooperation entities, taking into account the export-oriented activities of enterprises of the Russian defense industry.
