Abstract

The relevance of the topic. In conditions of limited budgets and growing demands on the quality of services, effective procurement tools and mechanisms are becoming key to ensuring the rational use of resources and achieving high results in the implementation of government programs. It is important to prevent existing problems and set goals aimed at improving procurement processes. Goal. Analysis of the problems and objectives of mechanisms and tools for improving the efficiency of public and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation. Methodology. A method of theoretical analysis of problems and tasks of mechanisms and tools for improving the efficiency of state and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of the problems and tasks of mechanisms and tools for improving the efficiency of state and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation, the shortcomings of the procurement system have been identified and measures have been proposed to minimize and eliminate them. Scope of application. Executive bodies of the Voronezh region.
