Development of an approach to the systematization of tools reflecting government measures of spatial development

Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The implementation of spatial development measures is a priority task, which makes it possible to ensure a sufficient level of socio-economic situation in the regions and other territorial entities of the country. The main goal of spatial development of territories is to ensure balanced development of regions and municipalities by leveling existing differences and accelerating economic growth. Goal. Formation of a system of instruments implementing state spatial development measures. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of practices of economic and managerial aspects of spatial development. Results and conclusions. The article considers approaches to the definition of the concept of «state support». The article considers groups of measures of state support for spatial development: financial — the provision of transfers or other types of allocation of funds by the state, qualitative — the use of methods and tools to improve the skills of subjects of spatial development or the provision of advisory services, alternative — the offer of tools specific to a special type of activity of the subject of spatial development and giving a point effect from their implementation.
