Abstract

For the last decade the increasing interest in the field of regional economy is caused by a subject of local industrial agglomeration and specialization. Among a set of ideas and concepts of the most significant the theory of clusters offered by M. Porter is. The cluster model is used when developing economic policy around the world, being the instrument of increase of competitiveness of economy of the region or the country as a whole, and also stimulations of innovations and economic growth. In article problems of innovative development at mesolevel are analyzed; the basic structural elements of cluster structures, interrelations and mechanisms of impact on innovative development of the region are allocated.
