Моделирование инвестиционной привлекательности аграрно-промышленных регионов России

Abstract

In modern Russia the research considering new approaches and methods of investment growth in the regional economy which ensure the economic development of the territories is considered to be one of the most urgent problems. The economic condition of a significant number of agricultural-industrial regions of Russia is determined by agriculture and other branches of the agro-industrial complex. Therefore the intensification of investment activity in this sector of the economy lays the basis for a dynamic solution to the existing industrial and socio-economic problems of the regions of this type. In this connection, the authors have developed a method of estimating the level of investment attractiveness of the agricultural-industrial regions, based on the procedures of cluster analysis considering the algorithm of tree clustering diagram on the basis of a standardized feature space. This technique allows to allocate clusters of the most similar regions and describe them from the standpoint of investment attractiveness by groups of hierarchical clustering. It also implements a differentiated approach to the development and delivering of strategies to increase investment attractiveness by group of regions.
