Abstract

The concept presented in the article is developed in accordance with the requirements of the GEF HE and the challenges facing Russia. To solve the problem of accelerated socio-economic development of the country, it is necessary to modernize vocational education. The results of sociological, psychological, pedagogical scientific research allowed us to develop the principles, served as the basis for the construction of an educational system and technology of education in the university, aimed at the development of the individual and the formation of professional competence of specialists.
