Abstract
In article the main directions of investment policy as component of financial policy of the region are investigated. As a result of consideration of investment climate, the interrelation of the concepts «investment activity» and «investment attractiveness» is established and also classification of investment risks by parameters is carried out, factors of inefficient regulation of investment activities are revealed.
