Abstract

The study addresses issues related to personnel policy in the system of state and municipal service. The main problems and trends in the development of personnel policy are given. Special attention is paid to the issues of professional training of workers. Based on the analysis of the problems of personnel policy in the work proposed measures for its improvement in the field of state and municipal management.
