Abstract

The article analyzes and compares two objects: the theoretical term «administrative agreement» and the agreements on cooperation concluded between the state authorities and The Russian Orthodox Church. In the first part of the article the main features of the administrative agreement are considered, its essence is determined. The second part of the article is devoted to the analysis of cooperation agreements between the state in the person of its bodies and the Church, highlights their features and correlates with the signs of administrative agreements.
