Abstract

The article reflects the actual problems of divergence of social and economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation, the tendency of population shrinking around large settlements that directly influence the development of small business in regional socio-economic systems. Not the ability to create attractive jobs in the regions, especially for young people, negatively affects the level of development of small businesses. The existing tendencies of uneven socioeconomic development of the regions led to the degradation of the village, and part of the urban population, their supply of labor, which is already a problem of economic and national security of the country.
