Abstract

Improving the performance of public authorities depends on the development of ICT and the possibility of their application. Technologies make it possible to apply new processes of public administration, which can be carried out by means of ICT in the framework of egovernment. The article analyzes the main mechanisms of egovernment implemented within the framework of this concept.
