Abstract

Risk management allows the organization to make more informed decisions in conditions of economic turbulence accompanying technological changes. The study showed that with the right level of readiness of the risk management function for digital transformation, the organization receives a number of benefits, such as accelerated change rates, exceeding expectations from investments in digitalization, as well as sustainable development. The article highlights key aspects of risk management during digital transformation. It is concluded that a reasonable approach to business management in a digital transformation is possible only if the business receives enough data and information every day to make informed and informed business decisions taking into account risks.
