КОНСТИТУЦИОННЫЙ ПРОЦЕСС В РОССИИ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ РЕГИОНАЛЬНОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ

Abstract

The article analyzes the constitutional changes proposed by the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin and their impact on regional politics. It is noted that almost all the proposed transformations will have a positive impact on regional politics. It is emphasized that modern reforms are in the general line of state transformations in many countries of the world. Studies conclude balanced constitutional changes, on the one hand, empowering full powers of the President, and on the other hand, reinforcing prerogatives of the representative power. A modern strong state should be anticorruption, which is what the system of measures to control the judicial system is aimed at. In the issue, it is noted that changes in the organization of local self government will make it significantly more effective.
