Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The issues of developing the labor potential of state civil and municipal employees in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are becoming important in the context of the formation and implementation of a unified personnel policy. Goal. Development of proposals for the creation of a universal model for the development of the labor potential of civil and municipal employees in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of the experience of developing the labor potential of state civil and municipal employees in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Results and conclusions.
