Scope of application. The sphere of regional development management.

Relevance of the topic. For objective monitoring of external resources, it is necessary to ensure the rights of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation with actual data obtained using modern expansion tools in accordance with the spatial parameters of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and modern technologies that allow analyzing the collected data. Target. Justification of the applicability of the system of digital models allows the use of resources in the management of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in order to effectively use traditional resources. The methodology is based on the principles of a systematic approach, on the postulates of economic and mathematical modeling, on the organizational mechanisms of rational management, on the use of the cartographic research method, and a wide range of digitalization tools. Results and conclusions. Based on the conducted research, the author considers an approach that allows creating virtual models (digital models) and through them gaining access to all information, as well as using the capabilities of mathematical methods and digital tools for modeling spatial parameters. Scope of application. The system of administrative and legal regulation (management) of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental management, the practice of regional management, relevant scientific and theoretical research and their approbation in scientific and educational literature.
