Relevance. In today's world, investments are a crucial component in the growth and development of businesses and the economy of a country. By understanding the principles and structures that underpin the economic process of investment management, it is possible to effectively address the challenges of attracting, allocating, and utilizing investments in various sectors. These factors all contribute to enhancing competitiveness and promoting sustainable economic expansion. The purpose of the study is to establish the fundamental principles and patterns that underpin the structure of an economic mechanism for investment management. The research methodology is based on current theoretical works in the field of economics, as well as those dealing with the problems of investment management at different levels. Results and conclusions. The system of structuring the economic mechanism of investment management is analyzed with the identification of certain principles and patterns necessary for the normal operation of this mechanism. Scope of application. The results can be applied in the activities of facilities that develop and implement investment management programs.

Relevance of the topic. Modern companies need a high-quality investment management mechanism adapted to the conditions of a new, digital reality. Complex theoretical, practical and methodological developments are required to implement such a mechanism in the context of digital interpretation of investment management. Purpose. Propose the author's methodology for the current analysis of the investment management mechanism at enterprises. The research methodology is based on analytical procedures for assessing the activities and investment processes of industrial enterprises. Results and conclusions. An analysis of the specifics of investment activities and an assessment of the current situation in the field of investment management allows us to conclude how realistic the investment management mechanism and its individual elements are, or whether additional developments are required to form and implement this mechanism. To assess the effectiveness of the investment mechanism, the author's research methodology was proposed. The results of the analysis confirm the need for additional measures to implement the investment management framework. Scope. The final results can be applied in the activities of industrial business entities that develop and implement investment management programs.

In modern conditions, the growth of motorization of society seriously increases the importance of road service, which, with its balanced development, has a great influence on the state and dynamics of transportation, the social development of roadside settlements, the develop- ment of their infrastructure, the tourist attractiveness of a particular area. The article identifies the uneven development of road service, due to the underestimation of the degree of satisfaction of the needs of vehicle users and the lack of monitoring, which aggravates the problem of conges- tion of road infrastructure and the formation of congestion in large population centers and federal highways. The necessity of coordinating the process of providing services, a more precise determi- nation of their composition, as well as ensuring their availability is substantiated As a result, the management of road infrastructure should be carried out at the regional level, and the basis for coordinating management decisions in this system can be monitoring of the state and development of road services.

Automobile transport plays a large role in the economy of our country. This is the most rational market-oriented mode of transport, which currently accounts for the largest share of freight transportation among other modes of transport (rail, sea, air). Clear uninterrupted operation of road transport largely determines the sustainable operation of enterprises in the regions of the Russian Federation. Urban passenger transport involves the interaction of various types of transport in the process of providing services for the transportation of the population, has important economic and social importance and should provide the population with transport services efficiently and effectively.The article describes the state of urban passenger transport in the city of Voronezh, discusses the reasons for the specificity of urban bus transport, identifies the main problems that arise before private carriers, presents innovative projects based on foreign and domestic experience.

Article purpose. Justification of structure and maintenance of strategic objectives of the Voronezh region, definition of indicators of their achievement. Discussion. International and domestic experience of strategic planning testifies to need of statement of system of the purposes having certain quantitative characteristics. The formulation is more whole and the tasks following from them not having certain indicators of their achievement has no prospect - it is impossible to define extent of their achievement in practice. Authors have proved and approved teoretiko-methodical approach to formation of system of the interconnected indicators reflecting achievement of the set strategic objectives of social and economic development of the region on the example of the Voronezh region.Results. In article justification and the substantial characteristic of strategic objectives of social and economic development of the Voronezh region for the period till 2035 are offered, the structure of indicators of their achievement is defined.

In article the characteristic of approach to development of strategy of social and economic development of the Voronezh region until 2035 is given, her basic components - a region mission, his relative competitive advantages, strategic priorities and the purposes of development in a long-term outlook are opened.

The commodity producing enterprises satisfy their needs for automobile services interacting with the external carriers. The interaction between the commodity producing enterprises and external carriers takes place on the market of automobile services. In order to make this interaction more effective the employees of the commodity producing enterprises responsible for the management of external transportation must know well the automobile service market and the peculiarities of conducting the business in the field of the automobile transportation in regions.
