The relevance of the topic. In the light of climate problems and sustainable development, increasing the efficiency of the use of woody forest resources plays an important role in ensuring environmental sustainability and meeting the needs of society. Goal. The analysis of the literature of domestic and foreign scientists, the study of forest management methods and practices and the identification on this basis of the determinants of increasing the efficiency of the use of woody forest resources. Methodology. Methods of generalization and grouping of information, structural decomposition and incorporation, causal approach. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and assessment of the current situation in the field of forest management, priority determinants of increasing the efficiency of the use of woody forest resources (institutional (legislative) restrictions, regional resources, the quality of the forest fund and the price of the final product) have been identified, determining the need to develop appropriate organizational and methodological tools. The scope of application. Organizational and economic relations arising in the process of using woody forest resources.

This article is devoted to the creation in the Voronezh region of a special economic zone of industrial production type (OES PPT) «Center» as a territory of the new economy of the country. Since 2005 yes, Center Center is 26 of the Russian OZS and 10 OZT PPT. In accordance with the strategy of development of the Voronezh Oblast up to 2035 years, the main purpose of which is to increase the economic potential, the SEZ «Center» is able to become an additional element and the tools of innovative and investment development are due to their specialization. The creation of the Center Special Economic Zone coincided with the moment of prioritizing the scientific and technological changes in the Russian economy, justified by the need for their mutual coordination with industrial policy in the framework of development.

One of the most pressing problems at the present stage of management is the creation and development of infrastructure facilities that ensure the interaction of investors and start-ups. Under the current conditions, one of the tools for informational support of individuals and legal entities that implement entrepreneurial projects (start-ups) and investors should be an electronic platform. With a view to predicting the effectiveness of the creation and operation of an electronic investment site for supporting start-ups at the regional level, a budget, social and economic per- formance forecast of the project is compiled based on the example of the Voronezh region with the involvement of a group of experts. To assess the level of innovative development of the economy of the Voronezh region for the near future, the indicators characterizing the overall development of the regional innovation system, as well as indicators allowing to evaluate directly the implementation of activities implemented as part of the project to create an electronic investment site for startup support.
