Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The forms of management largely determine the final results of agricultural production. In this regard, the justification of promising forms of management and the creation of the most favorable conditions for them will help accelerate the pace of development and increase the efficiency of the agricultural sector of the economy. The problem is the incomplete correspondence of the content of business forms to the system of economic relations, their suboptimal ratio, weak interaction and complementarity, leading to the irrational use of material, financial and labor resources. Goal. The purpose of the study is to establish trends, problems and prospects for development using the advantages of various forms of management in the agricultural sector of the Russian economy. Methodology. In the course of the work, dialectical and systematic approaches, economic-statistical, predictive and rational-constructive research methods were used. Results and conclusions. The study examines the evolution, place and role of various forms of agricultural production in the Russian Federation since the beginning of liberal reforms. The strengths, weaknesses, and features of households, farms, and agricultural organizations are identified.
