NEW FORMS OF COOPERATION AT THE REGIONAL AND GLOBAL LEVELS

Abstract

Relevance. Liberal globalization and its Western foundations, which were imposed on the world after the end of the cold War, need to be revised. The Special Military Operation (SVO) put an end to liberal globalization in its Western version. Goal. To analyze the place and role of Russia in shaping regional concepts of globalization and the emergence of new forms of cooperation at the regional and supranational levels. Methodology. Methods such as comparative analysis, the method of expert assessments, and a systematic approach were used. Results and conclusions. The crisis of liberal globalization and the formation of non-Western scenarios of globalization are considered. In the process of forming a multipolar world, China, Russia and the Arab world are creating regional concepts of globalization, implementing new forms of cooperation at the regional and supranational levels, and forming institutions for a new multipolar world.
