Abstract
The relevance of the topic. In the context of digitalization and the transition to an ecosystem-based business model, technological integration of regional industrial systems is becoming a key factor for competitiveness and sustainable development. Goal. To develop a methodological framework for assessing the level of technological integration of regional industrial systems using a multi-criteria approach. Methodology. The study applies systemic, cluster, institutional, and innovation-technological approaches. Methods include indicative analysis, benchmarking, network modeling, and composite index construction. Results and conclusions. A methodology for calculating an integral index of technological integration is proposed, based on four criteria: cooperation, innovativeness, digitalization, and synergy. The approach is shown to be applicable for diagnostics, monitoring, benchmarking of regions, identifying growth areas, and adjusting regional industrial and innovation policies. Scope of application. Evaluation of the effectiveness of regional innovation and cluster programs, and support for decision-making in industrial and digital policy.
